Phone numbers for all TRULAND Equipment stores in Indiana and Ohio, our Precision Ag Support Center, and what to have ready when you call.

Every one of our stores has its own direct phone number, and calling the store is almost always faster than any other route. The person who answers can see the yard, knows the technicians by name and can tell you what is on the shelf right now.
If you are not sure which location is closest, call any of them and they will point you to the right one. Your equipment and service records follow you across the group, so you are not stuck with the store where a machine was purchased.

Swayzee has two stores, an Agriculture store and a Lawn and Garden store. If you are calling about a mower, a Gator or handheld equipment, say so when you call so you get routed correctly. Rentals are available at Angola.

Rentals are available at Wauseon. If you need a generator, a mini excavator, a lift or a trailer for a short job, Wauseon and Angola are the two locations to call.
For technology questions, call the Precision Ag Support Center at (260) 296-2391. That line covers diagnostics and code assistance, in-field operational and precision ag questions, and John Deere Operations Center data support both in season and off season.
This is the number to use when you are sitting in a cab with a display that will not do what you expect. Have your machine model, the display type and the exact wording of any error code ready. If the issue involves data, know which Operations Center account the fields live under.
About a machine you want to buy: know roughly what horsepower or capacity range you are after, what you are trading if anything, how many acres or hours a year it will run, and whether you want new, used or a rental first. If you have a unit stock number from our used inventory, have it in front of you.
About a part: the model number and the serial number off the machine, not just the model. Serial numbers catch the running changes and mid-year revisions that cause the wrong part to show up. A photo of the part or the area it came from helps more than a description. If you know the part number already, you can also order through Shop.Deere.com and route it to a store or a parts drop.
About service: the machine model and serial number, what it is doing wrong and when it started, any codes on the display, and how soon you need it back. Tell us whether the machine can be hauled in or whether it needs a field call, and where it sits. If it is a warranty or PowerGard question, have the purchase date handy.
You can request service or an estimate through the forms on this site, which is a reasonable option outside store hours or when you want the details in writing. Fill in as much machine detail as you can and someone from the local service department will follow up.
For anything urgent during planting, spraying or harvest, call the store. In those weeks the phone gets a faster answer than a form does, and the shop can tell you honestly where you land in the queue.
We post equipment, store news, events and how-to content on our social channels. Facebook at facebook.com/trulandequipment, Instagram at instagram.com/trulandequipment, TikTok at tiktok.com/@truland_equipment, YouTube at youtube.com/@TRULANDEquipment, and X at x.com/TRULANDequip.
The YouTube channel is worth a look if you like sorting something out yourself. Between our videos and John Deere resources like Service ADVISOR, operator manuals, Expert Alerts and the Equipment Mobile and ExpertConnect apps, plenty of routine questions can be answered without a service call.
External sources are provided for reference. For anything specific to your machine or your operation, call the store nearest you.

Call the Precision Ag Support Center at (260) 296-2391. It covers diagnostics and code assistance, in-field operational and precision ag questions, and John Deere Operations Center data support in season and off season. Before you call, have your machine model, display type and the exact error code wording ready, and know which Operations Center account your fields sit under. That usually cuts the call short by several minutes, which matters when you are losing daylight.
Bring the serial number, not just the model number. Machines get running changes and mid-year revisions, and the serial number is what tells a parts specialist which version you actually own. A photo of the part or the area it came off is more useful than a verbal description. If you already know the part number, you can order through Shop.Deere.com and route it to a store or to one of our parts drop locations to save a trip during a field day.
Yes. There are service and estimate request forms on this site, and they work well outside store hours or when you want the details written down. Include the machine model and serial number, what the machine is doing wrong, when it started, any codes showing, and whether it can be hauled in or needs a field call. For urgent problems during planting, spraying or harvest, call the store instead. The phone gets a faster answer in those weeks.
We are on Facebook at facebook.com/trulandequipment, Instagram at instagram.com/trulandequipment, TikTok at tiktok.com/@truland_equipment, YouTube at youtube.com/@TRULANDEquipment, and X at x.com/TRULANDequip. Those channels carry equipment listings, store news, community events like our Kids Day of Play, and how-to content. The YouTube channel is the most useful of the group if you handle routine maintenance yourself and want to see a procedure before starting it.
